We always encourage our client to settle their disputes through mediation or conciliation. “Mediate, don’t litigate” is our motto and we have always shown the paths to our clients to avoid multiplicity of litigations and encourage to explore possibility to settle disputes by way of mediation and conciliation. Many a times, we have filed pre-litigation mediation application before the Delhi High Court Mediation Center and got the disputes resolved at the pre-litigation stage.
